buenos aires, a rainy evening

Your business is already good. Your website should look like it.

Come in, the rain's picking up.

I'm Michelle. I became a barista back in 2018 because I loved coffee a little too much. Eventually, I found my way into marketing, but I never really stopped creating.

Now I work in influencer marketing, drink an unreasonable amount of coffee, and build websites in my spare time for brands, creatives, and small businesses.

So yeah, the coffee theme is very much on purpose.

— Michelle

P.S. A website can be easy to use without looking like every other website on the internet.

  • you: do I want my business to look as good online as it does in person?
  • me: yes. you do.
  • you: a site people get in 5 seconds, and then message me?
  • me: that's the whole point of it.
  • you: design with personality, clarity and zero templates?
  • me: well… you're in the right café.

hi, that's me

Hi, I'm Michelle.

Before websites, I worked as a photographer and creative director: concepts, visual references, styling, locations, on-set direction and post-production. That's where I learned that a strong image is mostly a series of decisions about what to leave out.

Then came several years in digital marketing on the agency side, running campaigns and creator partnerships for brands. That's where I learned to ask what a page is for, who it's talking to, and what should happen after someone reads it.

Web design is where the two meet. I bring the eye from photography and the questions from marketing to every layout.

  • Clarity first. Within seconds, a visitor should know who you are and what you do. Then we get playful.
  • Brand, not template. The visual system comes from your identity and your audience, not from a theme.
  • Design for what happens next. Every page has a job: a message, an inquiry, a sale.

THE CAFÉ WINDOW

rain, or the real sky?

The window can rain only when it’s really raining in Buenos Aires. To know, this page asks open-meteo.com for the forecast once per visit: no account, no cookies.

my digital crib · a little quiz

What’s your website’s coffee order?

Five quick questions. One very personal coffee.

Hidden in the café

Little things are tucked away around the café. Find one and it stamps a square. They wait for you if you come back another day.

YOUR REWARD · A CAFÉ WALLPAPER

THE CAFÉ PHOTOBOOTH

sit for a polaroid

Your camera turns on only if you say yes, and the photo never leaves your device.

LATTE ART · BY YOU

draw on the foam

Draw with your mouse or a finger. Milk for the white, espresso to etch.

THE GRAMOPHONE

how loud is the café?

Rain, fire and the little sounds (a page, chalk, a pin, a stamp, a cup on its saucer) only play while the ambience is on.

Make a little you. They’ll wait at the coffee bar, and by the fire.
